Macarons, complete with the ruffled foot around the edge of the shell. Two cavities for a pair, or six if you are making a set. The foot is the detail that sells it, and the detail most likely to come out soft if you pour too fast.

How to use
Pour slowly into the centre of each cavity and let the wax creep outward into the ruffled edge — poured fast, it skips the fine texture and the foot comes out rounded. Tap gently rather than hard; heavy tapping flattens the ruffle. Two colours poured in sequence gives the shell-and-filling look.
Care & safety
Wash in warm soapy water with a soft brush around the ruffled edge, then dry fully. Store flat. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sharp tools.
