Twisted Block Candle Mould

Stacked blocks with a rotating twist running through them — a geometric candle that changes shape depending on where you happen to be standing. Soy wax with a little white beeswax gives the cleanest result.

How to use

There is no wick hole, so you will need a piercing needle and your own wick — push the needle through the base before pouring, thread the wick and seal the hole with a small piece of tape or putty. Weigh out about 75 g of wax and use a size 25 wick. Tap firmly: every step in the twist is a corner where air collects.

Care & safety

Wash in warm soapy water and dry fully before storing flat. Do not widen the pierced hole with a blade — a clean needle hole reseals, a cut one leaks on every future pour. Keep out of direct sunlight.
