How to use

Set it beside a candle or on a shelf where light crosses it — the blades catch light along their length rather than across the face, so it reads best from the side. Grouped with a pillar candle and a few quartz chips it makes a small display without much arranging.

Care & safety

Kyanite is soft along the blade and splinters rather than chips, so handle it by the body rather than the edges and keep it away from anything it can be knocked against. Dust with a dry brush rather than washing. Keep it away from direct flame.
