Large Tulip Candle Mould
Large Tulip Candle Mould
Details
A single tulip, closed and about to open, in soft silicone. Large enough that the finished candle reads as an object in its own right rather than a small ornament.
Details
- Soft silicone
- Large single tulip, closed bud form
- Suits scented candle wax, plaster and resin
- Finished candle stands unsupported
- One mould per order
How to use
The bud narrows towards the top, which is where the wick sits and where air collects — thread the wick first, then pour in two stages, tapping between them. Stand the mould in a cup while it sets so the stem end stays upright. A large pour like this is best left overnight.
Care & safety
Wash in warm soapy water and dry fully before storing flat. Peel the silicone down from the tip rather than pulling the tulip out by the bud. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sharp tools.
A good gift for
Large enough to give on its own once poured — the tulip is the shape people ask for most in spring. Part of the candle-making range at GLOW & AURA.
