Ice Glass Candle Holder

Glass moulded with an irregular ice-cave texture, so the light comes through broken and uneven rather than clean. Two finishes — a clear ice light and a pearlescent one — each in two sizes. The texture is the whole trick: an unlit holder looks like a piece of glassware, a lit one scatters light across the surface it stands on.

How to use

Stand it on a flat surface with a little clearance around it — the scattered light is the point, and it needs somewhere to land. The wide opening takes most candle shapes, so a taper, a tealight cup or a small block all sit comfortably. Pair the large and small together for a stepped arrangement.

Care & safety

Let the glass cool completely before handling or washing. Wash by hand in warm soapy water; the moulded texture traps wax, so a soft brush helps. Never pour cold water into a warm holder — moulded glass cracks with sudden temperature change.
