Flower Basket Candle Mould
Flower Basket Candle Mould
Details
A woven basket packed with flowers, cast in silicone with enough depth that the individual blooms still read clearly once the wax has set. The most detailed mould in the range, and the one that rewards a slow pour most.
Details
- Silicone
- Deep-cast basket weave with individual blooms
- Suits candle wax, plaster and resin
- Reusable
- One mould per order
How to use
Pour a small amount first, just enough to cover the flowers, and work it into the blooms with a firm tap before filling the rest — this is a deep mould with a lot of small cavities and a single fast pour will leave holes in the petals. Leave it overnight; the thickest section takes longer than it looks.
Care & safety
Wash in warm soapy water with a soft brush through the weave and the blooms, then dry fully before storing flat. Never pick wax out of the detail with a tool. Keep out of direct sunlight.
A good gift for
The result looks hand-carved rather than moulded, which makes it the pick for a gift you want to seem considerable. Part of the candle-making range at GLOW & AURA.
