How to use

Stand the lamp on a flat, heat-tolerant surface and centre a jar candle underneath, roughly 3–5 cm below the bulb. Switch it on and give it ten to fifteen minutes; the top layer of wax melts and the fragrance starts to carry. Because the wax pools evenly rather than tunnelling, the candle lasts a good deal longer than it would lit.

Care & safety

Let the bulb cool fully before moving the lamp or changing it. Keep the shade clear of curtains, paper and anything that catches, and never leave it running unattended overnight. Wipe the shade with a dry cloth only — no liquid near the fitting.
