Wood wicks behave differently from cotton: trim them to about 3 mm rather than 5 mm, and expect the first burn to take a little longer to establish a full melt pool.

Care & safety

Store the pack dry and flat — damp wood wicks will not light cleanly. Keep away from open flame. Test one candle before committing a batch when you change wax type or vessel width, since wood wick size behaves differently in each.

A good gift for

Bulk supply is a practical gift for someone already selling what they pour.
